1.Garlic – 1 kilo
2.Salt – ½ tea spoon
3.Curd – 2 cup
4.Lemon juice – 4 table spoon
5.Pepper powder – ½ cup
6.Cleaned chicken – 1 kilo

Method of preparation

Grind the cleaned garlic cloves by adding salt into fine paste. Add curd , pepper powder , lemon juice and mix. Peel off the skin of the chicken and remove the fat. Clean the chicken pieces and cut into flat pieces. Marinate the chicken with prepared paste and keep it in refrigerator for one and half years. After that remove the paste from the chicken pieces and use it by boiling or grilled. Have to grill the pieces for 8 – 10 minutes by changing the sides. Serve hot.
