Aatu Thala cleaned – 1
Onion chopped – 4
Green chilly – cut long – 5
Tomato chopped – 3
Ginger chopped – 2 table spoon
Garlic chopped – 2 table spoon
Garam masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Oil – 2 tea spoon
Salt – as required
Coconut milk – 1
Lemon juice – 1 table spoon

Method of preparation

Take a large vessel. Pour oil and heat. Add the ingredients from two to six and saute. Add garam masala and aatin thala into it and boil. When it stars boiling flip all sides and boil in a low flame. When the water gets drained add coconut milk and later add lemon juice and serve.
