Egg – 12
Onion – 1
Capsicum – 2
Mushroom – ¼ kilo
Tomato – 2
Green chilly – 4
Olive oil – 4 tea spoon
Salt
Curry leaves
Method of preparation
Break the egg. Remove the yellow yolk. Beat it thoroughly and keep it aside.
Take a pan.heat oil or olive oil . add chopped capsicum, onion, mushroom and mix. Later cut the tomato and green chilly and add. Cook this in low heat.
Take another pan. Add oil or olive oil into it and heat. Pour the beaten egg into it. When this gets cooked, spread the vegetable mix in the middle of it. Then press this with tawa and make it stick. Then fold the egg and cook both sides.
