Meat ( as per your wish) – ½ Kilo
Onion – ½ Kilo
Bengal Gram – ½ Kilo
Green chilly – 2
Coriander leaves – as required
Ginger – 1 piece
Garlic – 3 cloves
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder – 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
Cumin powder – 1 tea spoon
Lemon skin – 1 small piece
Salt / oil – as required

Method of preparation

Soak the meat and Bengal gram and mince it to become paste . Cut the Green chillies and coriander leaves into very small pieces and keep it aside. Make a paste of pepper powder , turmeric powder , coriander powder and cumin powder and marinate the same in the meat mix.
Chop the onion, garlic , ginger and the lemon skin into very small pieces. Divide the meat mixture into lemon sized balls, flatten each ball in the palm of your hand and stuff with the onion mixture, and deep fry the same in the oil. When both sides get cooked kabab is ready
