Mutton – 1/2 kg
Rava – 1/2 kg
Shallot – 8
Savala – 2
Green Chilly – 5
Ginger – garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Chilly powder – 2 tbsp
Corriander powder – 2 tbsp
Jeera powder – 2 tbsp
Cardamom – 5
Clove , Patta – 2
Corrinader leaves, Salt, Oil – as needed
Coconut milk – 1/2 cup (add 1/2 cup water too)

Add 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, when it becomes hot add, ginger, garlic, chilly, patta, clove, and sort well. when this is sorted well add water and coconut milk to this. When this begins to boil , add the rava to this.Add the meat masala to this (Preparation of meat masala given below). When the rava becomes cooked well, add the meat to this and mix well. Fry savala, cashewnut and kismis in oil and sprinkle on top of the biriyani. Add corriander leaves and decorate.

How to prepare the Meat Masala:
Add oil in a cooker and add thinly cut savala and sort well. Add shallots, ginger and garlic and sort again. Add the meat pieces to this. Add chilly powder, corriander powder, turmeric powder, jeera, clove, patta, cardamom and corrriander leaves. Add salt and water. Cook well until 5 – 6 whistles are heard.
