Mutton – ½ Kilo (chopped small)
Rava – ½ Kilo ( suji)
Shallots – 8
Onion – 2 big ( cut long)
Ginger, garlic – 1 table spoon (crushed)
Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Coriander powder – 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Fennel seed powder – 2 tea spoon
Cardamom – 5
Cloves, cinnamon – as required
Coconut oil – 2 tea spoon

Method of preparation

To prepare rava : take a thick bottom vessel, add one tea spoon of coconut oil and heat. Then add one tea spoon of ginger, garlic crushed, two dried chillies, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom powder and sauté. When you start get the nice fragrant add water and coconut milk into it. For one cup of rava, add two cup of water (including coconut milk). When it starts boiling, add rava into it. When the rava gets cooked, add the prepared meat masala into it. When the rava gets cooked sufficiently, add the earlier cooked meat into it and mix. Take a pan add ghee and heat. Fry the chopped onion pieces and cashew nut and add to the rava biriyani. Decorate it with chopped coriander leaves and can serve.
