Neymeen – ½ kilo
Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Ginger, garlic chopped – 1 tea spoon each
Fenugreek powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Mustard seed – ¼ tea spoon
Puli ( kudampuli) – 3
Curry leaves – 1 strip
Salt as required
Shallots hopped – ½ cup
Coconut oil – 2 tea spoon
Method of preparation

Heat oil fry mustard seed. After that add onion, ginger, garlic and fry. Take chilly powder, turmeric powder and little water and knead it .
Then add into it and sauté for some time. When the oil get separated add kudampuli and one cup of water and salt and boil. Take a pot
Add curry leaves and then put the fish into it and add the boiled ingredients into it and keep it in stove . when the water gets drained out add the fenugreek powder and can remove from the stove. Can serve hot
