Ingredients

Noodles – 1 packet
Egg – 3 no
Milk – 4 table spoon
Carrot / Beans / Potato / onion – 1 each ( cut into thin pieces)
Garlic / Ginger paste – 1 tea spoon
Chilly tomato sauce – 4 table spoon
Pepper powder – ½ spoon
Refined oil – 1 table spoon
Salt – As required

Method of preparation

Heat ½ tea spoon of oil in a pan, add garlic , ginger paste and onion into it and fry till the raw smell goes. Then add all the vegetables and mix it. Cook it by keep it in low flames for 5 minutes by closing the lid,

Add half cup of water into the cooked vegetables and boil it. Add the noodles into the boiling vegetables and boil it till the water get drained out. Then add each spoon of milk slowly and mix well. then add pepper powder, coriander leaves, required salt, . take a non stick pan spread some oil and pour the beaten egg and cook it. Spread the tomato chilly sauce above this omlette and add the noodles mix and roll it. You can continue the process till the beaten egg gets over.
