Ingredients

Flesh of the rabbit – cleaned – 1 kilo
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Fennel seed powder – 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Corn flour – 1 tea spoon
Salt – as required
Green chillies – 4
Ginger – small piece
Garlic – 5 cloves
Shallots – 5
Curry leaves – 2 strand
Vinegar – 2 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Take all the ingredients and grind it in a mixer and marinate it in the flesh and keep it for fifteen minutes, heat coconut oil in a pan and fry this Rabbit meat . add coriander leaves, lemon juice and can serve
