Mutton – ½ kilo
Basmati rice – 2 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Onion – 2
Ginger, garlic paste – 2 tea spoon
Green chilly – 4
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Pepper – 6
Cloves – 4
Saffron – one pinch
Cashew nut – 10
Raisins – 10
Ghee – 1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Clean the mutton pieces and marinate it with salt, chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Keep it for one hour. Take a pan and heat oil. Add onion and fry. Then add the ginger garlic paste and chillies and mix. Add mutton pieces into it and add little water and cook for ten minutes. Take ghee on another pan and heat
Add vayanaila, cinnamon, pepper, cardamom, cloves and mix. then add raisins cashew nut . Add the cleaned rice into it and fry it for two to three minutes. When the mutton get cooked add the same into the rice mix and stir well by adding two cup of water, required salt and cook. Dissolve the saffron in little milk and pour it above the rice when it gets ready. Then add the coriander leaves and can serve hot
