Biriyani Rice – 300gm
Chicken stalk – 450gm
Salt, Pepper – 2 spoons each
Curry powder – 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric – 1 piece
Grampoo, Cardamom – 4 each
Savala – 1
Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp
Butter – 3 tbsp
Corriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Chicken (boneless) – 250gm
Carrot, Beans, Potato – 1/2 cup

Preparatory Method:
Heat the oil and add butter to it. Add cardamom, turmeric, grampoo and sort. Ass Savala to this, sort till this turns light brown in colour. Add the vegetables to this and cook. Add the rice to this mix and fry. When the colour changes, add the rest of the ingredients and salt and then cover the vessel with a tissue paper and cook for 10 minutes in slow simmer.
