Wheat flour – 2 cup
Besan ( bengal gram flour) – 2 table spoon
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Green chilly paste – 2 tea spoon
Ginger paste – 1 piece
Fenugreek leaves – ( chopped small ) – 1 cup
Salt – as required
Oil – to fry

Method of preparation

Take all the ingredients except oil and mix. knead it to dough by adding required water . make small balls out of the dough and spread it round like you do for chapathi. Heat a tawa and put the paratha on the hot tawa and cook. Turn it over and apply some oil. Cook both sides till it becomes light brown colour.
