Ingredients:
Beef – 1/4 kg
Egg – 5
Maida – 5 tbsp
Savala – 4
Green chilly – 5
Ginger, garlic – 1 tbsp each
Garam masala – 1/2 tbsp
Salt, Corriander leaves – as needed
Oil – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 tbsp

Preparation:
Cut the beef to small pieces and cook adding salt required to it. Sort the onion in oil. Add ginger, garlic and the minced meat to the sorted savala. Make a masala of salt, garam masala and corriander leaves. Beat the eggs. Add maida to the beated egg. Add a pinch of salt to this. In a frying pan, add oil and pour half of the egg mixture on to it. When it is cooked, add the meat mixture on top of it. Now add the rest of the egg mixture on top of it. Cover the pan and cook.
