Mutton – 250 gram
Onion – Sliced very thin – 3
Green chillies paste – 4
Ginger – 1 piece ( 4cm)
Garlic – 1 (full garlic cloves)
Fennel seeds – 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder – 1 table spoon
Garam Masala – 1 tea spoon
Tomato – 2
Coriander leaves – chopped )
Refined oil – 4 table spoon
Sugar – 2 tea spoon
Salt – to taste

Method of preparation

Cut the mutton into small pieces. Separately grind the ingredients form 3 to 6. Ie green chillies, ginger , and garlic . Grind the fennel seeds into a fine paste by adding coriander leaves. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and fry it till it becomes light brown colour. Then add the prepared masala , chilly powder , turmeric powder and fry it till the raw smell is completely gone. Then add the cut mutton pieces, and fry it till the oil get separates. Then add tomato and required salt and two cup of water and cook it. When the meat get cooked add coriander leaves, lemon juice , garam masala and cook the meat for some more time. When the masala get mixed with the meat thoroughly you can serve.
