Chicken – 2 kilo
Rice – 2 kilo
Dalda – 200gram
Cow ghee – 2 tea spoon
Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Garam masala – 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – 2 tea spoon
Tomato – 250 gram
Ginger – 2 piece
Green chilly – 100 gram
Garlic – 25 gram
Onion – 1 kilo ( chopped small)
Carrot – 100 gram ( chopped small)
Capsicum – 100 gram ( chopped small)
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Take ginger, garlic and green chillies and make a paste. Clean the rice and cook it. drain out the water and keep it aside. Take a vessel. Add cleaned chicken pieces into it. then add half portion of the paste prepared of ginger, green chillies and garlic into it. then add one spoon each of turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder and required salt into it the chicken and mix. Heat this for some time in a low flame and mix. Add dalda into it and deep fry the chicken pieces. In the remaining dalda sauté the onion and when it get fried add ginger, garlic, green chilly paste, turmeric powder, chilly powder and sauté. When get Cooked add tomato, capsicum, and required salt . when get cooked add rice into the masala . then add little carrot and cow ghee on top of it and cook it by closing the lid for fifteen more minutes in low flame .
