
Ingredients
Beef – 1 kilo
Onion paste – 4 table spoon
Almond paste – 1 table spoon
Ginger , garlic paste – 1 table spoon
Curd – ½ cup
Coconut milk – ½ cup
Coriander powder – 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Garam masala – 1 table spoon
Salt, oil , water – as required
For rice
Basmati rice 2 cup
Cardamom – 4
Cloves – 4
Cinnamon – 2
Salt
Ghee
Method of preparation
Clean the beef thoroughly. Marinate it with curd, turmeric powder, and salt and keep it aside for two hours. Heat oil in a pan. Add the onion paste and fry. Add garlic ginger paste and mix. Add badam paste, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala, coconut milk . add marinated beef and pudina leaves into it and add required water. Cook it by closing the lid. On getting cooked remove it from the stove and keep it aside. Clean the rice. Add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and water and cook the rice as required for biriyani. Take a pan and heat ghee. Roast the onion, raisins, cashew nut in the ghee. In the same pan add little portion of the cooked rice . above it add the beef masala. Then again on the top of it put some more rice and on the top add the fried onions and the raisins and cashew nut. Then again spread some rice and later spread the beef masala on top and then rice and again the fried onions cashews and raisins. Close the lid and cook it again for two minutes in low flame. Then remove from the flames and mix the content thoroughly. Can serve hot
