1.Chicken – 500 gram
2.Onion – 100 gram
3.Ginger – 30 gram
4.Garlic – 5 gram
5.Oil – 30 milli
6.Celery – 10 gram
7.Salt – as required
8.Pepper – 5 gram
9.Ajnomotto – one pinch
10.Sugar – one pinch
11.Soy sauce – 10 milli
12.Red colour – 1 pinch
13.Egg – 1

Method of preparation

Clean the chicken and cut into pieces. take the beaten egg, maida, corn flour, and required water and make a thick paste.
Mix the chicken pieces and the paste and fry. Keep this fried chicken aside.Heat oil and add chopped ginger, garlic, celery, shallots and onion.
Add salt , pepper , soy sauce, ajinomotto, sugar , colour and stock and mix. the add fried chicken into it and mix. dissolve the corn flour into little water and add along with it.You can decorate it with onions and can serve hot
