
Ingredients
1.Boneless fish ( cut into small peices) – ½ kilo
2.Basmathi Cooked Rice – of ½ Kilo Rice
3.Chopped onions – 2
4.Chopped carrots – 2
5.Chopped beans – ¼ cu
6.Capsicum (chopped) – 1
7.Ginger – 1 table spoon
8.Garlic – 1 table spoon
9.Green chilly – 3
10.Tomato – 3
11.Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
12.Tomato sauce – 1 table spoon
13.Chilly sauce – 1 table spoon
Method of preparation
Saute the ingredients from 3 to 11 in oil accordingly. Add the boneless fish and mix it properly. Add both the sauce and cook the fish for some time. When the fish get cooked add the cooked rice and mix it thoroughly. Then close the lid and cook for some more time in low flames. Later switch off the flames and decorate with coriander leaves and can serve
