Beef – 1 Kilo
Basmati Rice – 1 kilo
Onion chopped – 4
Tomato chopped – 3
Green chilly ( cut small) – 6
Ginger – 1 big piece
Garlic – 8 cloves crushed
Coriander leaves – as required
Curry leaves – as required
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Coriander powder – 2 table spoon
Garam masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Curd – 1 cup
Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom – as required
Coconut oil, salt – as required

Method of preparation

Take a pressure cooker . pour coconut oil , add beef and the ingredients, from 3 to 14 and marinate well. later keep it in the stove and cook. At the same time take another vessel , pour water. The measure of the water should be double the measure of rice and boil. when the water gets boiled add rice, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and salt . Stir well to Mix thoroughly. When the rice get ¾ boiled , add the beef curry into it. Add little coriander leaves and garam masala. Close the vessel and cook it in low flame. Erachi Choru ready.
