Cooked Rice – 2 cup
Egg – 2
Onion – 2
Tomato – 2
Green chilly – 2
Green peas – ¼ cup
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Roasted sesame seed – 1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation
Heat oil or ghee in a pan and add the onion into it and saute. Add the chopped garlic into it. then later add the beaten egg into it and mix. Cook it as required by you, keep stirring it and make it into small scrambles. Then add masala powders, salt, chopped tomato, chopped green chillies, and green peas and mix . after two minutes, add the cooked rice and mix well. Then again after two minutes, add the coriander leaves and can remove from the stove. on top of it you can add the roasted sesame seeds.
