Ingredients

Egg – 4
Potato – 4
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Masala powder- ½ tea spoon
Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon
Salt – as required
Onion – 2
Coconut oil – ¼ cup
Mustard seed – ½ tea spoon

Method of preparation

Soak all the powder in little water and keep it aside. Boil the egg and remove the outer shell of the same and cut it into four pieces. Boil the potato and peel of the skin and cut it into small pieces. Cut the onions into long pieces and keep it aside . take a pan and heat oil. Add mustard seed and allow to splutter, then add the cut onions into it and saute. Later add the soaked powders into it and saute and pour ¼ cup of water into it and boil.
On getting boiled add the egg and potato pieces into it . then add salt and mix. When the masala gets mixed with the egg, you can remove it from the stove and can serve.
