
Ingredients
1. Biriyani Rice cooked – 1 cup
2. Carrot, capsicum, beans, cabbage – chopped small – ¼ cup
3. Egg – 2
4. Pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
5. Soy sauce – ¼ tea spoon
6. Oil – 2 tea spoon
7. Salt – as required
8. Coriander leaves – chopped small – ¼ cup
Method of preparation
Take a pan. Heat oil. Add all the chopped vegetables into it . add salt and pepper powder and sauté. Beat the egg one by one. Add little pepper powder and make egg scrambles. Then add the cooked biriyani rice into the cooked vegetables. Add little salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, and mix. Later add the egg scrambles and chopped coriander leaves and serve.
