Ingredients

Biriyani Rice – ¾ Kilo
Mutton – ½ kilo
Ghee – ½ cup
Onion – chopped – 1 kilo
Cardamom – 5
Cloves – 8
Cinnamon – 5
Garlic paste – 2 tea spoon
Ginger paste – 2 tea spoon
Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
Chopped tomatoes – ½ cup
Curd – ¼ cup
Milk boiled and thickened – ¼ cup
Cashew nut pate – 2 tea spoon
kismis paste – 2 tea spoon
Salt – as required
Coriander leaves chopped – ½ cup
Pudina (mint) leaves – ¼ cup
Green chilly – 2
Lemon juice – 2 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Clean the rice and half cook. Add lemon juice into it and then drain out the water. take a pan, add half cup of ghee and saute the onion. Along with it add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, garlic and ginger paste, coriander powder , chilly powder and saute. Later add chopped tomato pieces into it and saute.

When it gets sauté as required, add the mutton pieces and saute. . Mix all the ingredients from ten along with curd and cook the meat by adding required water . When it gets cooked add coriander leaves, pudina (mint) leaves, green chillies , lemon juice into it and can remove from the stove. can serve hot.
