Method of preparation

Take the garlic paste, ginger paste , red chillies paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, crushed dried chilli and mix well. Add little coconut oil and knead it again. Clean the chicken pieces. Marinate the prepared paste into the chicken pieces and keep it aside for half an hour. Then pierce the chicken pieces in a small rod and roast directly on the flames.

Now you have to prepare the masala. Take a clay pot, add coconut oil , ginger, crushed shallots, green chillies, tomato, curry leaves, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well. Then close the lid and keep it aside. Cook the basmati rice as required for biriyani. The rice should be half cooked only. . Put this rice above the masala and chicken and cook it for five minutes in reduced flame for give minutes
