Ingredients:
Chicken – 1/4 kg
Basmathi Rice – 2 cup
Capsicum – 1
Savala – 1
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
Water – 6 cup
Salt
Corriander leaves

Preparation:
Cook chicken in 6 cups of water. Keep aside the cooked chicken pieces. Keep aside the cooked water. Add some oil in a pan. Add rice to this and fry. Add capsicum and savala pieces to this. Add the masalas and salt to this. Add 2 cups of water (chicken cooked) and 3 cups of normal water to this, mix well and cook. Add the chicken pieces to this. When the water has condensed wholly, take the pan from the flame, garnish with corriander leaves and serve.
