Ingredients:
Noodles – 400 gm
Chicken – 200gm
Cabbage – 150gm
Mushroom – 60gm
carrot – 60gm
Ginger – 5gm
Garlic – 3gm
Savala – 50gm
Capsicum – 30gm
Egg – 2
Soya sauce – 20ml
Salt
Pepper
Shallot – 15gm
Cherry – 10 gm
Ajinomoto – a pinch
Sugar – a pich

Preparation:
Cook the noodles.
Cut the vegetables.
Cut the chicken pieces.
Make omlet and remove the sides.
In a pan, add some oil and saute well the vegetables, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, ajinomoto, sugar, soya sauce and chicken.
Add some cornflour mixed in water to this. Cook well.
Add the noodles to this.
Add shallot and omlet to this and serve.
