
Ingredients
Chicken – 200 gram ( boneless and cut in to very thin long pieces)
Carrot – 200 gram ( sliced thin )
Cabbage – 200 gram ( sliced thin)
Mayonnaise – 3 spoon
Turmeric powder – one pinch
Bun – 7 nos
Salt – To taste
Method of preparation
Cook the boneless chicken along with salt and turmeric powder . Once it get cooked well remove from the heat. Mix the carrot , cabbage , mayonnaise in the cooked chicken. Cut the Bun into half without separating. keep it in oven for 5 minutes and heat it. Keep the mixture in between the cut buns . Chicken burger is ready.
