Ingredients:
Ponni Rice – 2 1/2 cup
Savala – 8, Jeera – 1/2 tbsp
Coconut grated – 1/2, chilly powder – 1/2 tbsp, turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
Chilly powder – 1/2 spoon, turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp, salt – to taste
Prawns – 1/2 cup
Savala – 3, green chilly – 5, corriander leaves – 1 spoon, curry leaves – 2 strips, ginger – 1 piece, garlic – 8 pieces, oil – as required

Procedure:
Soak the rice for some time and then grind the rice with the second ingredients. Fry the third ingredients well and keep. Marinate the prawns using the fourth ingredients and fry it Sort the sixth ingredients in the oil and then add the fried prawns and grated coconut, fried and grinded to it. Mix everything well. Take the grinded rice and then make this into small balls,place on a banana leaf. Then add small mixture of prawns into this and cover. Cook in steam.
