Chicken – 500 gram

Ingredients To marinate chicken
Kashmiri chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder , cumin powder – ½ spoon each
Chat masala, fennel seeds powder – ½ tea spoon each.
Thick curd – 1 cup
Mustard oil – 20 milli
Ginger – garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Salt – as required

Marinate chicken with these ingredients and keep it aside for ten minutes. And later grill it.

Ingredients required for Gravy

1.Garam masala – 25 gram
2.Tomato, onion ( big0 – 2 each
3.Fenugreek seed – 1 tea spoon
4.Cashew nut 100 gram
5.Kashmiri chilly – 5

Grind the above ingredients and boil it by adding little water.

1.butter – 100 gram
2.ginger , garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
3.turmeric powder, chilly powder – ½ spoon each
4.coriander powder, cumin powder – 1/s tea spoon each
5.garam masala powder, fenugreek powder – ¼ tea spoon
6.cream – 50 milli
7.coriander leaves – 25 gram
8.milk – 250 milli

method of preparation

Take a pan and heat the butter and add ginger, garlic paste. Add 3 to 5 ingredients and allow to splutter. Add milk and chicken into it and cook it till the gravy get thickened. Then add the remaining butter, cream, coriander leaves, in it and remove from the stove. Can serve
