Ingredients

Boiled Egg – 4
Fried peanuts – 2 tea spoon
Sesame seeds – 2 tea spoon
Grated coconut – 1 table spoon
Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
Fenugreek seed – ½ tea spoon
Dried chilly – 2
Garlic – 4
Green chilly – 2
Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
Coriander powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Garam masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Tamarind juice – 2 tea spoon
Salt , oil , water – as required

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Add the egg after removing the outer shells and fry for two minutes. Grind the coconut, peanuts, and sesame seeds and make paste by adding little water. Pour some more oil into the pan and splutter the cumin seed. Saute the Fenugreek seed, curry leaves, dried chilly, green chilly in oil. Add the prepared paste and mix. Later add all the masala powder, salt and mix well. then add tamarind juice. Add the egg and if required add little water and stir continuously. Cook it till the gravy get thickened.
