Ingredients:
Mutton – 1/2 kg
Basmathi Rice – 1 kg
Savala – 4
Tomato – 2
Green chilly -5
Ginger – 1
Garlic – 8 pieces
Turmeric powder – 2 tbsp
Garam Masala powder – 1 tbsp
Patta – 2 piece
Clove – 5
Jaathika – 1 piece
Cardamom – 4
Ghee – 500gm
Lime juice – 1/2 cup
Salt – as needed

Preparation:
In a pan add ghee and add ingredients from 1 to 9 and saute well. Add the mutton pieces, salt and water and cook well. When cooked, remove the mutton from the stove. In another pan add ghee and add the ingredients from 10 to 15 and saute well. Add the basmathi rice to this and cook. Add water and masala and mutton to this and keep to cook. When cooked add the lime juice and mix well.
