Ingredients

1.Noodles – 500 gram
2.Prawns – 50 gram
3.Chicken – 100 gram
4.Beef – 30 gram
5.Carrot – 30 gram
6.Cabbage – 50 gram
7.Beans – 50 gram
8.Capsicum – 30 gram
9.0nion – 30 gram
10.Tomato – 30 gram
11.Oil – 30 milli
12.Garlic – 3 gram
13.Tomato sauce – 30 milli
14.Vinegar – 10 milli
15.Soya sauce – 10 milli
16.Sugar – 10 gram
17.Salt – as required
18.Pepper – 5 gram
19.Ajnomotto –one pinch
20.Shallots – 15 gram
21.Red colour – one pinch

Method of preparation

Clean and cut the prawns, chicken, beef and all vegetables separately and keep it aside. Boil the noodles drain out the water and fry it in oil.
And keep it aside. Heat oil add garlic and all the cut ingredients and fry. After that add salt, Pepper, sugar, Ajnomotto, Tomato, Vinegar, and red colour . along with that pour cooked water and boil . add corn flour dissolved water . take the fried noodles in a separate vessel and pour the prepared gravy above it. Then decorate it with fried egg and serve hot.
