Uzhunnu Vada - Adukkala


Urud Dal – 2 ½ Cup ( Soak in water and grind it to make a batter)
Onion – ½ cup
Green chillies – 2 tsp ( finely chopped)
Ginger – 2 tsp ( finely chopped)
Asafoetida (kayam) – ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – As required


Mix together Urud dal batter, green chillies, ginger, asafetida (kayam), and salt. Then take the small portion of the batter mix and put it in the boiled Oil. Then frill both sides till it become slightly brown colour.
