Ingredients:
Maida (wheat flour) – 2 cups
Salt – to taste
Onion – 2 chopped
Ginger – 1 piece chopped
Green Chilly – 6 Nos.
Baking soda-1 pinch
Curry leaves -2 stems
Turmeric powder- 1 pinch
Oil for frying
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl adding water to make a thick binding mix. Take oil in a pan on medium flame. To boil oil add flattened dough to fry till golden brown.
