

Punjabi Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken – ¼ kg
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2 (Tomato should be grinded)
Curd – ¼ cup
Ginger / Garlic paste – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – as required
Coriander leaves
Cardamom – 2
Cinnamon – 1 pcs
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Pepper – 10 nos
Gloves – 1 no
Preparation:
Heat cardamom, cinnamon, gloves, pepper, and cumin and make powder, Cut chicken into small pieces and clean well. Add salt and turmeric powder into the chicken and mix well. Take a vessel and pour oil. Add the sliced onion into it and sauté well. Add the Ginger / garlic pate into it and fry it. Take the mix from the stove and allow it get cooled for some time. On getting cooled grind this. Heat this mix again by pouring some oil. Add the masala powder (cinnamon, gloves, pepper, cumin etc) chilli powder and coriander powder, and the tomato juice. Put chicken into it and cook for some lime in low flame. After some time add the curd and mix. Pour required water and cook the chicken as required. Once the chicken get cooked and the water get slightly drained take out and can furnish this with coriander leaves. Chicken is ready to serve.
