
Ingredients:
Chicken – 1 kilo
Onion – 3 nos
Tomato – 1
Ginger / Garlic paste –1 ½ tsp
Coconut – 1 ½ cup
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Coconut milm – 1 ½ cup
Green chilly – 3 nos
Chilly powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Cinnamon / cardamom / gloves / fennel seeds – ½ tsp
Corriander leaves
Method of preparation
Add ½ tea spoon fennel seeds , small piece of cinnamon 2 cardamoms , gloves , one tea spoon chilly powder ½ tsp turmeric power into the coconut and grind well to make a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry onion . Add the chicken pieces into and mix well then add the ginger garlic paste , pepper powder , tomato green chillies , 1 ½ cup of water , salt to taste and cook for some time. Once it get cooked add the coconut paste and cook it for five minutes in the medium flame. Then spread the coriander leaves above the curry and can serve
