Beef – 1 Kilo
Onion – 2 ( cut into lengthy pcs)
Shallots – 1 cup ( peel of and cut into long pcs)
Coriander powder – 2 spoon
Turmeric powder – 1 spoon
Chilly powder – 1 spoon
Pepper powder – 1 spoon
Garam masala – ½ spoon
Cinnamon – one small piece
Cloves – 4
Fennel seeds – ½ spoon
Grated coconut – ½ cup
Coconut oil
Curry leaves

Method of preparation

Cut beef into small pieces and wash well. Marinate the beef with salt , turmeric powder and keep it some time. Fry the Cloves, cinnamon and fennel seeds and make it to fine powder. Again marinate the beef with the remaining masala powder , ginger / garlic paste and the powder of cinnamon , cloves and fennel seeds along with curry leaves and keep it for one hour. Later cook the same without much water. Drain out the water from the cooked beef. Heat coconut oil in a pan , add the shallots, and onion , fry it till it get brown colour. Add the Cooked meat and mix well. After some time also add the grated coconut and mix. Can remove from the flame and is ready to use
