
Ingredients
1. Cooked Rice – 2 cup
2. Egg – 6 egg
3. Onion – 1
4. Beans – Chopped – ¼ cup
5. Carrot – Chopped – ¼ cup
6. Ginger – one small piece ( chopped to very small pieces)
7. Garlic – 3 cloves chopped to small pieces
8. Green Chilly – 4 nos ( chopped small)
9. Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
10. Kashmiri Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
11. Soy sauce – ½ tea spoon ( if required)
12. Garam Masla Powder – ½ spoon
13. Oil – 3 table spoon
14. Coriander Leaves ( chopped)
15. Salt – As Required
Method of preparation
Cook Jeera Rice / Basmathi Rice by adding one small piece of cinnamon, one cardamom , 2 cloves and required salt and keep it aside for cooling. Heat Oil in a thick bottom pan. Add garlic, ginger and saute. When the smell of garlic comes add onion and fry till it becomes golden brown colour. Then Add turmeric powder, garam masla, chilly powder and mix. Beat the eggs and cook it for 5 minutes to make it scrambles . Add the beans and carrot in the cooked egg and mix it for 2 minutes. Then add the required salt . It should not get excess because we have also cooked the rice by adding salt. If required you can also add soy sauce in this stage. Finally add the Cooked rice and cook again by closing the lid for some time by keeping the stove flame into very low. Can remove the rice from the flames and can decorate with coriander leaves. Can serve hot
