Ingredients

Rice – 4 cup
Palak – 250 gm
Dried Mushroom(cut into small pieces) – 4
Bamboo Shoots (cut into small pieces) – 3
Pork – 250 Gm
Soya Sauce – 3 Table spoon
Cooking oil – 5 Table spoon
Vinegar – 2 table spoon
Ajino Motto – 2 pinches
Sugar, salt – as required

Method

Mix pork with vinegar and soya sauce and keep aside for one hour. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pork. When it become brown colour add muashroom, palak, bamboo shoots, salt, sugar and ajono motto. Keep lid on and cook. Add cooked rice to it and cook again. Garnish with coriander leaves and salad pieces.
