Ingredients:

Boiled egg – 4
Fried groundnut – 2 tbsp
Coconut – 1 tbsp
Cumin – 1 tbsp
Fenugreek – 1/2 tbsp
Dried chilly – 2
Garlic – 4
Chilly – 2
Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
Corriander powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
Tamarind juice – 2 tbsp
Salt
Oil
Water

Preparation:
Add 1 tbsp oil to a pan and fry the boiled eggs for 2 minutes. Grind coconut and groundnut with some water. Add some more oil to the pan and add mustard to it. Add to this fenugreek, curry leaves, dried chilly and green chilly to this. Add the grinded masala to this. Add the tamarind juice to this. Add the egg to this and then add some water and cook well.
