Rice Flour ( Raw ) 300 gram
Jaggery – 500 gram
Banana (palayamkodan) – 2 nos
Coconut Pcs – as required
Cardamom Powder – 3 tsp
Sesame seeds
Ghee – 2 tsp

Cooking Method

Heat jiggery with half glass of water to make the Juice . Filter the juice and keep it aside.Mash the banana and put the same in the Rice flour and mix well. Heat the ghee and add coconut pcs and seasame seeds and roast well. Put this mix and cardomon powder in to the Rice flour and mix well. Keep aside this mix for 4 hours. Pour oil into the mould and heat well. Once the oil starts boiling pour one ladle of the batter to the mould .Cook both side till golden brown. Tasty unniappam is ready
