
Ingredients:
Mango cut to small pieces – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder – a pinch
Rice flour – 1 cup
Salt – as needed
Preparation:
Add mango and sugar to a vessel and heat it. When the sugar begins to liquidify and merge with the mango, add the cardamom powder to it. Mix the rice flour with hot water and salt. Make a sheet of this rice dough on a banana leaf. Place the mango mixture on the sheet. Fold into 2 and cook in steam.
