
Ingredients:
Onion – 3 nos (sliced )
Green chillies – 4 nos ( sliced )
Garlic paste – 1 spoon
Ghee – ¼ tsp
Egg – 1
Garam Masala – ¼ tsp
Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
Rice powder – 1 tsp
Bengal gram powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Curry leaves – 2 strip
Salt – To taste
Oil – as required
Preparation:
Mix well Onion, green chillies, garlic, turmeric powder, curry leaves, garam masala, chilli powder, Egg, Salt. Then add rice powder& Bengal gram powder. Then spread the mix like a vada and put the same in the oil and fry. Fry both sides till it become slightly brown colour.
