Ingredients:
Jackfruit pieces – 10
Coconut grated – 1/4 coconut’s
Savala – 1
Ginger – 1
Dried chilly – 4
Curry leaves, Salt – as needed

Preparation:
Cut the jackfruit pieces vertically, cook and crush it. Add savala and ginger, cut to small pieces into this. Add cut dried chilly pieces to this. Add salt and curry leaves to this and mix well. Some crispiness will do good. Add the grated coconut and mix well again. Make small balls out of this and fry in oil. Serve hot.
