1.Ponni Rice-1/2 Kg.
2.Urudu Dal -200gm
6.Ginger- 1 Piece
7.Coriander Leaves- for decoration

Method:Soak the rice and urudu dal separately for 4 to 6 hours. .Drain excess water after soaking and grind well in a mixie or wet grinder. .Mix well and and keep over night for fermenting.
In a pan add some oil and add the finely chopped carrot ,beans and capsicum and saute.Allow to cool.Add this to the .fermented daugh .Cook the idlis in steam and serve with chutney and Sambar
