Ingredients:

Rava – 1 cup (Roasted)
Onion – 1 big (sliced very thin)
Ginger – 1 piece (cut very thin)
Green chillies – 2 nos. (chopped very thin)
Carrot – 1 small (cut into small pieces)
Beans – 1 small (cut into small pieces)
Fresh peas – ¼ cup
Ground nuts – ¼ cup
Curry leaves – 1 strip
Salt – to taste
Water – 2 cup
Ghee – 1 spoon

Preparation:

Take a pan and heat some oil and put some mustard seeds. Once it get heat add the sliced onion, ginger, green chillies, carrot, beans, fresh green peas, ground nut and curry leaves and sauté for some time. Once the vegetable get cooked pour 2 cup of water and add ghee and salt to it. Close it till it get boiled. Once it get boiled turn the stove into reduce mode and add the rava slowly into water and mix well. Once the water get drained you can take out of the stove.
