Ingredients

Wheat flour – one glass
Jaggery – as required
Banana (palayankodan) – one
Coconut cut into small pieces – few
Cardamom powder – a pinch
Soda powder – a pinch
Coconut oil

Method

Melt the jaggery and sieve it. Mix the wheat flour with the soda powder, coconut, cardamom and banana, make a dough with the jaggery. Make small balls of it and fry in the oil on slow flame.
