Ingredients:
Atta – 2 cup
Semolin – 1 tbsp
Soya powder – 1/2 cup
Tomato juice – 1 cup
Salt
Cheese grated – 3 cubes
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tbsp
Jeera powder – 1/2 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Oil – to fry

Preparation:
Mix together atta, semoiln, soya powder, salt, chilly powder, sugar, jeera powder, garam masala. Add ghee and them tomato juice and cheese. Make the dough that of a poori. Make sheets as for poori and fry in oil.
