Meat chopped small (keema) – 300 gram
Garlic – 1 tea spoon
Ginger crushed – 1 tea spoon
Onion – 3
Garam masala – ½ tea spoon
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Green chilly – 3
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
Cashew nut – ½ cup
Raisins – ½ cup
Ghee – 1 ½ tea spoon
Coriander leaves chopped – ½ cup
Maida – 300 gram
Milk – ½ cup
Egg – 3
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Clean the meat thoroughly. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and cook it. Take a kadai and heat the ghee. Then add the chopped onion into it and sauté. When it becomes soft, add green chillies and crushed ginger and garlic and sauté. Then add the cooked meat and sauté. Add masala powder, coriander powder, cashew nut and raisins and keep it aside by mixing well. Later take maida and beat it by adding egg , milk and salt. It should be beaten without lumps.
Take a frying pan. Grease it with ghee and pour this batter into it and make like dosa.
Grease ghee in a cake tin . dip the pathiri in beaten egg and place it in the tin. On top of it keep the meat mix. Again on top of it place the pathiri and then prepared meat mix. Repeat this process .

Finally place the last pathiri and put the remaining egg mix and then add the cashew nut, raisins and place it on top of the burning charcoal and cook. When it becomes golden colour can put it in the plate and can serve.
