Soaked rice – 1 glass
Shallots – ½ cup chopped
Red chillies – 6
Curry leaves – ¼ cup chopped,
Dal – ¼ glass soaked
Salt – ¼ table spoon

Method of preparation

Grind the soaked rice by adding red chillies. Add dal, shallots, hing into it and mix. Then add hing, curry leaves , salt and can make the dosa’s. you can add gingerly oil into it and cook.
